📋 Description

• Own engineering outcomes across PatientPoint’s device product areas — field operations tooling
• Serve as the Engineering Manager for a mix of senior Engineering Leads and individual-contributor
• Stay close to the code: lead code reviews, contribute directly where needed, and guide teams on
• Champion AI-assisted and agentic engineering practices — in your own work, across your teams’
• Coordinate priorities and dependencies across three or more concurrently active product areas with
• Contribute to cross-org architecture discussions (ARB/RFCs), bringing a device-fleet perspective to

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years leading engineers or engineering
• Recent hands-on technical involvement within the last 1–2 years, such as contributing to production
• Current hands-on experience with native Android development using Kotlin and modern Android
• Experience with AOSP, customized Android ROMs, rooted or kiosk-mode Android devices, APK
• Experience with Android device-platform development beyond traditional consumer mobile applications.
• Experience with Java in addition to Kotlin.
