6+ years' experience in building products with a focus on cloud-based high-performance systems
7+ years' experience in leading and managing high performance teams
Have led a team of 9+ engineers/mangers and owned accountability of E2E delivery
Excellent stakeholder and program management
Extensive experience building distributed systems and cloud services using technologies like Java
Advocacy for engineering and operational excellence
