📋 Description

• Lead, hire, coach, and develop a high-performing engineering team.
• Own delivery of scalable, secure, reliable services aligned with platform strategy.
• Oversee the full software lifecycle: planning, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment
• Guide distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
• Review designs, requirements, timelines, and risks, providing technical guidance.
• Establish engineering standards for code quality, testing, performance, security, and scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Brazil and able to work effectively with global teams.
• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's, or 11+ years without a degree.
• Professional English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Experience in financial services, payments, or authorization systems.
• Hands-on experience with card issuing solutions and ISO 8583 messaging.
• Proven leadership of software engineering teams in production environments.
