Sr. Engineering Manager, Cloud

📋 Description

• Lead and manage engineers on Redpanda Cloud and Agentic Data Plane
• Own end-to-end delivery for the team's roadmap and on-time launches
• Maintain ops excellence: incident response, on-call health, SLOs, day-2 ops
• Provide career development, coaching, and feedback to help engineers advance
• Hire, onboard, and retain engineers; participate in interviews and calibrations
• Partner with Product to shape roadmaps and translate priorities into plans

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years software engineering (enterprise SaaS)
• 3+ years managing highly technical teams delivering
• Cloud infra/ops: AWS/GCP/Azure, Kubernetes
• Familiar with agentic AI processes and AI lifecycles
• Translate product priorities into team plans; deliver predictably
• Nice-to-have: Golang; Linux; data streaming
