Sr. Engineering Manager - Pendo for Agents

📋 Description

• Lead and own technical direction for Pendo for Agents end to end.
• Manage delivery, architecture, and the talent pipeline across a growing team.
• Partner with Product, Design, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
• Balance strategic architecture decisions with hands-on technical problem-solving.
• Utilize AI tooling to accelerate engineering operations and onboarding.
• Contribute to a healthy, high-trust team culture with ownership and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years engineering experience, 2+ years in a people-management role.
• Hands-on architecture experience with LLM/agent systems (RAG, tool-calling, orchestration).
• Experience delivering in greenfield/early-stage product areas.
• Proven ability to manage delivery across sprint/quarterly planning.
• Strong build-versus-buy judgment in a fast-moving AI tooling landscape.
• Strong foundation in frontend or backend development (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, Go, Python, Java
