Sr Engineering Technical Program Manager - Productivity Engineering

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end program management for 50+ Productivity Engineering team across DevEx, Client Infra, Backend Infra, and SRE.
• Drive cross-team programs like large-scale migrations across multi-quarter timelines.
• Define success through developer adoption using DORA, SPACE, and GetDX.
• Manage migrations: develop playbooks, secure commitments, phase rollouts, track multi-quarter progress.
• Drive AI developer tooling strategy and adoption, including agentic workflows, tool consolidation, ROI measurement.
• Own Platform Engineering roadmap, OKRs, and business rhythms for execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Technical Program Management in platform engineering, developer experience, or infrastructure.
• Strong fluency across CI/CD, build systems, code review tooling, microservices.
• Fluency in AI developer tooling, coding assistants, agentic workflows, cloud dev environments.
• Track record of driving adoption of internal tools with success measured by usage.
• Experience with agile program management, OKR/roadmap planning, and portfolio prioritization.
• Excellent communication skills for alignment in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
