Serve as primary support for assembling complex mechanical-electrical prototypes
Track build issues and document manufacturing processes
Provide assembly process feedback to the engineering team
Train and mentor support technicians
Organize and maintain inventory in an R&D environment
Maintain a safe, clean and organized engineering lab

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 7 years of engineering technician or equivalent work experience
High school GED or Associate degree preferred
Experience working with electrical-mechanical components, wiring and assemblies
Experience working with machines, hand and power tools. Prototyping experience preferred.
A firm understanding of good manufacturing practices (GMP) and Intuitive quality system and
Self starter with good communication, problem solving and documentation skills
