Design, develop, and implement comprehensive EHS training curricula, materials, and programs
Conduct training needs assessments, gap analyses, and evaluations of existing programs to identify
Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions; create and maintain educational
Collaborate with operations, engineering, and EHS teams across the business unit to solicit
Manage learning management system (LMS) content, tracking, reporting, and compliance documentation
Partner with internal stakeholders and/or contractors to enhance training delivery methods, tools

Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience in EHS, manufacturing, operations, program/project management, training, or
