Sr. Environmental Health & Safety Engineer, EHS Training Programs

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive EHS training curricula, materials, and programs
• Conduct training needs assessments, gap analyses, and evaluations of existing programs to identify
• Provide guidance and feedback to instructor partners for effective training delivery; create
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and EHS teams across the organization to solicit
• Manage learning management system (LMS) content, tracking, reporting, and compliance documentation
• Partner with internal stakeholders and/or contractors to enhance training delivery methods, tools

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in EHS, manufacturing, operations, program/project management, training, or
