📋 Description

Own RainFocus-based digital tools workstream for flagship conference.
Lead config, testing, and on-site support for RainFocus and modules.
Manage mobile app requirements, config, testing, and onsite support.
Oversee integrations between RainFocus, mobile app, Salesforce, and Marketo.
Travel onsite to support the flagship event and other large-scale programs.

🎯 Requirements

7–10+ years in corporate events with RainFocus expertise.
Led digital tools for flagship conference (35k-50k in-person; 100k+ virtual).
Working knowledge of event mobile apps.
Experience integrating event tech with marketing stacks (Salesforce/Marketo).
Ability to manage fast-changing requirements across multiple stakeholders.
BA/BS or equivalent; understanding of AI concepts.
