Sr. Event Technology Project Coordinator

📋 Description

• Lead and support event tech and registration initiatives
• Plan, execute, and deliver attendee-facing platforms
• Manage client relationships and project timelines/budgets
• Oversee schedules, docs, and execution plans across events

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years in project coordination or event tech
• Experience with RainFocus, Swoogo, Stova, Bizzabo, Cvent
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong PM, org, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication; client-facing confidence
• Able to manage multiple priorities in fast pace
