📋 Description

• Apply customer payments to invoices using the ERP system.
• Reconcile customer accounts; reduce unapplied cash.
• Investigate unapplied/unidentified payments and resolve.
• Analyze short payments; coordinate with collections.
• Generate reports on cash application performance.
• Ensure internal controls and audit compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Postgraduate (B.Com/Honors) or Bachelor's with OTC experience.
• Strong knowledge of Cash applications.
• Working knowledge of SAP Finance module.
• Experience in shared services/customer facing environment.
• Understanding of standard operating procedures.
• AR Cycle and credit management understanding.
