Sr. Field & Community Manager

📋 Description

• Create, curate, and manage content that's relevant, engaging, and aligned with our brand voice
• Plan and execute in-person and virtual events (executive dinners, meetups, conferences, and field
• Curate guest lists and manage invitations for executive dinners and VIP customer events, working
• Represent Finix at events to build relationships and visibility
• Respond to comments, direct messages, and community queries in a timely, professional way, and
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key customers, power users, and advocates who can fuel

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in community management, field marketing, or event marketing, ideally in B2B
• Proven experience planning and executing in-person events end-to-end, from intimate executive
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with high emotional intelligence
• Proficiency with social media management platforms, analytics dashboards, and basic design or video
• Comfort managing budgets, vendors, and multiple concurrent events without dropping details
