• Build and grow Together AI's field marketing and community presence across EMEA
• Develop and execute EMEA field marketing strategy aligned with Sales priorities
• Build a regional marketing calendar spanning ABM, community, events, and partnerships
• Own regional budgets and prioritize investments
• Develop account-based programs that drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and strengthen customer

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in field marketing, account-based marketing, or related B2B technology
• Track record of building field marketing and event strategies that contribute to pipeline creation
• Strong experience partnering with Sales leadership and translating regional business priorities
• Understanding of how to engage technical audiences (developers, engineers, researchers, or AI
• Experience planning and delivering a range of programs from executive experiences and community
• Strong commercial judgment and analytical skills
