Sr Finance Manager, Product FP&A

📋 Description

• Collaborate across the finance org and with business leaders to drive process improvements and
• Partner with engineering and product leads to prioritize the product roadmap based on profit
• Lead regular cost reviews, headcount, and budgets aligned to the company plan and product strategy.
• Support corporate FP&A for R&D/product spend; present to R&D leaders and participate in
• Manage R&D OPEX/CAPEX budgets for multiple product pillars; drive forecast accuracy.
• Contribute to Investment Business Cases for new products and strategic initiatives with

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Financial Accounting
• Minimum 7 years in financial modeling, forecasting and business analytics in dynamic environments
• Proven track record of owning projects and cross-functional delivery
• Experience driving process improvements for quality, timeliness, and efficiency
• Ability to work independently with quality and deadlines
• Data analysis and scenario modeling aligned with operational models and goals
