Sr. Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Scale Corporate FP&A capabilities and partner with G&A functions
• Build comprehensive financial models for investment cases and planning
• Develop reporting to measure KPIs and financial performance
• Manage annual budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and long-range planning
• Support business cases and capital allocation decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CFA a plus
• 4+ years experience; 2-3 years in IB/PE or corporate finance
• Strong financial modeling and investment evaluation
• Excel/Google Sheets expertise; ERP/FP&A tools (Netsuite, Adaptive, Anaplan) preferred
• Analytical, communicative, and presentation skills; capable of turning data into insights
• Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environment
