Sr. Financial Analyst, Finance & Strategy (GTM)

📋 Description

• Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and GTM reporting
• Support quarterly/annual planning: revenue forecasts, headcount, and budgets with GTM leadership
• Own budget vs. actual analysis and business commentary for the GTM segment
• Analyze GTM drivers: pipeline, rep capacity, churn, and delivery efficiency
• Collaborate with RevOps, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure data integrity
• Draft memos and slides to communicate findings to executives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 2–4 years FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or high-growth SaaS
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets modeling; build from scratch
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Intellectual curiosity and bias toward structure
• Willingness to ask questions, take feedback, and iterate quickly
• High ownership mentality; follow through and flag issues early
• Actively uses AI tools to accelerate work
