Sr. Fixed Assets Accountant

📋 Description

• Own consolidation of fixed asset register for multiple projects.
• Direct management of fixed asset process for R&D sites (CA/MA).
• Monitor and reconcile CIP balances; coordinate capitalization with Eng/Ops/SC.
• Support fixed asset processes in Oracle, including depreciation, tagging, class mgmt.
• Conduct regular asset audits and inventory checks; resolve discrepancies.
• Lead process improvements for asset tracking and cross-functional visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 4-5 years US GAAP accounting experience
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion a plus)
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
