Take ownership of risk tracking for Starship vehicle components during testing and flight.
Support technical reviews: vehicle state machine (software), joint operations, and CONOPs.
Organize/run flight readiness reviews; track actions and learnings from flight.
Communicate technical risks to executive leadership.
Provide real-time on-console risk support during tests/flights; drive risk resolution.
Support anomaly investigations using fault trees, fishbones, and five whys.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering
5+ years in design/analysis/test of engineering systems
8+ years in aerospace engineering (design/analysis/test at large assembly/system level)
SQL and Python experience
Experience with anomaly resolution and documenting reports/lessons learned
Experience with risk management, engineering configuration, and change management
