📋 Description

• Customer-facing role at software, observability, and AI deployment.
• Ship code and implement integrations for LogicMonitor Edwin AI.
• Design, build, and roll out tailored customer solutions.
• Own discovery, scoping, design, build, rollout, and adoption.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and customers.
• Create reusable templates, playbooks, and patterns.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Data Eng, or related field.
• 4-7 years in backend or data systems engineering.
• Experience building streaming pipelines (Kafka/Spark).
• Strong Java and Python, including microservice design.
• ETL, data modeling, and distributed storage experience.
• Ship production-quality code in Java/Python and JS/TS.
