Sr. Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy tailored LogicMonitor Edwin AI solutions with customers.
• Ship production code and integrations across SaaS, hybrid cloud, and on-prem.
• Own discovery, scoping, system design, rollout, and adoption.
• Build backend services and lightweight full-stack features with Python and JS/TS.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and customers to define requirements.
• Drive go-live support and adoption during hypercare.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in backend or data systems engineering.
• Experience building streaming data pipelines (Kafka / Spark).
• Strong programming in Java and Python, including microservice design.
• Experience with ETL, data modeling, and distributed storage.
• Cloud tooling (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability basics.
