📋 Description

• Own Architecture: lead design; secure, scalable; align with customer needs.
• Build apps: backend, frontend, and integrations with data and AI.
• Deliver production systems: data ingestion, ML/AI model integration, user UIs.
• Customer immersion: embed with customer teams to understand challenges and deliver impact.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with Sales, Product, and Field Eng.
• Reusable assets and scale: contribute accelerators, frameworks, best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering Depth: backend, frontend, and integrations; Python, SQL, Java/Scala, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Application Delivery: design, build, deploy prod apps combining data pipelines, ML/AI, and UI.
• AI/ML Experience: familiarity with AI APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini.
• Customer Impact: track record of delivering enterprise solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Collaboration and Communication: able to translate concepts to engineers and execs.
• Learning Mindset: curiosity and adaptability to learn new tech and domains.
