Sr. Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) - Retail

📋 Description

• Lead production-grade solutions and reference architectures.
• Design end-to-end data and AI pipelines, integrating ML/AI models.
• Collaborate with customers, PMs, architects, and teams to deliver engagements.
• Own architecture decisions for secure, scalable solutions.
• Embed with customer teams to understand challenges and deliver impact.
• Create reusable accelerators, frameworks, and best practices across accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in data engineering, data platforms or software engineering.
• Comfortable coding in Python, Scala, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks.
• Working knowledge of two cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) with expertise in at least one.
• Deep experience with distributed computing using Apache Spark and Spark internals.
• Familiarity with CI/CD for production deployments.
• Working knowledge of MLOps, ML models and AI APIs.
• Design and deploy end-to-end data architectures combining pipelines and ML/AI models.
• Travel to customers 20% of the time.
• Databricks Certification.
