Sr. Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) - Retail

📋 Description

• Lead production solution delivery for customer projects.
• Architect, design, and implement end-to-end data, AI, and apps.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams.
• Ensure secure, scalable architectures aligned with Databricks best practices.
• Embed with customer teams to deliver measurable impact.
• Own architecture decisions and ensure alignment with customer needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in data engineering, data platforms, or software engineering
• Proficient in Python, Scala, and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Cloud experience across AWS, Azure, and GCP (expertise in at least one)
• Deep experience with distributed computing using Apache Spark
• Familiarity with CI/CD for production deployments
• Working knowledge of MLOps, ML/AI models, and AI APIs
• Design and deployment of production data architectures blending pipelines, ML/AI, and UI
