Sr. Forward Deployed Engineer-Retail

📋 Description

• Lead production-grade customer projects and reference architectures
• Design end-to-end data, AI, and app integration solutions
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and customer teams
• Own architecture decisions for secure, scalable deployments
• Work with the Databricks technical team, PM, Architect, and customer teams
• Coordinate with engineering and support for rapid issue resolution
• Embed with customer teams to deeply understand challenges
• Create reusable assets and scale impact across accounts

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in data engineering, analytics, or software engineering
• Proficient in Python, Scala, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Cloud experience with two or more of AWS, Azure, GCP
• Deep experience with Apache Spark and Spark internals
• CI/CD for production deployments
• MLOps, ML/AI models and AI APIs
• Design end-to-end data architectures with pipelines and ML/AI models
• Experience delivering technical projects with timelines and outcomes
