• 2+ years as a Deployment Strategist OR 2+ years at a high-growth startup in a builder or founder
• Executive presence with C-suite gravitas and superb communication skills; opinionated, humble, able
• Product and strategy mindset, able to perform SWOT analysis, understand competitive landscape, and
• Relentless execution driver with hands-on mentality, expert at escalation, willing to do
• Proven skills in value-based scoping (TCO/ROI), managing agile software projects, writing PRDs
• Ability and interest to travel up to 50%
