Sr. Frontend Engineer (React)

📋 Description

• Define and lead React frontend architecture and scalable design systems.
• Build and maintain reusable components and accessible UIs.
• Mentor offshore frontend engineers to deliver production-ready code.
• Integrate frontend with backend REST APIs via API gateway and RBAC/auth.
• Ensure CI/CD, automated testing, and security reviews for frontend.
• Translate Figma designs into responsive, accessible interfaces with UX collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years frontend with 4+ years React, hooks, context API, and performance optimization.
• Proven experience leading frontend teams, including offshore developers.
• Strong experience translating UX/UI designs from Figma into production-ready apps.
• RBAC/auth with Azure Entra ID and OAuth 2.0.
• Storybook, Playwright, automated testing familiarity.
• REST API integration, API gateway concepts, & CI/CD pipelines.
