Sr Game Designer - D&D

📋 Description

• Design large portions of D&D products and create concepts
• Mentor and provide feedback to junior designers
• Collaborate with producers, editors, and designers on production
• Write art orders with art directors for D&D products
• Break down design projects and assign tasks to juniors
• Represent Wizards of the Coast and D&D at events and interviews

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor�s degree in liberal arts or equivalent experience
• 6+ years designing RPG products with major publishers
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with D&D and 5e rules
• Track record of balanced, innovative game mechanics
• Experience collaborating with in-house and external designers
