Sr. Global Product Manager

📋 Description

• Define and evangelize the product vision; build a prioritized roadmap
• Gather insights from metrics, feedback, research, and competitive analysis
• Collaborate with UX, QA, Content, and Dev teams to bring new products to market
• Work with product marketing to execute plans; analyze post-launch performance
• Use data to identify content gaps and work with content teams on production
• Lead onboarding, activation, engagement, and long-term user success

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in software product management; zero-to-one experience a plus
• Own cross-functional ideation, execution, launch and beyond for product success
• Excellent tactical/strategic thinking and strong communication skills
• Experience defining innovative products and leading teams
• Translate member insights into member experience and business strategy
• Collaborative, reliable team member with leadership on cross-functional teams
