Sr. Global Supply Manager (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Develop and manage supply base to support Starlink sourcing
• Provide weekly status reporting and escalate as needed
• Train and mentor the team to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with key suppliers on sourcing and cost strategies
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on capex and consumables sourcing
• Understand production equipment tech to identify cost and process gains with data analytics

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree with 9+ years (or 11+ with bachelor; or 15+ years) in related fields
• Experience in Engineering, Purchasing, or contract negotiation
• Material or production planning and operations or supply chain management
• Material cost control and budgeting
• Data analytics to identify process opportunities
• Strong communication with internal and external partners
