Sr. Government Program Development Manager (Government Compute/ Intelligence Community)

📋 Description

• Develop strategy for government engagement and AI/compute opportunities.
• Build and maintain IC relationships across space and AI portfolios.
• Grow programs by fusing space sensing and AI into new revenue.
• Lead RFIs/RFPs responses with technical content and value propositions.
• Coordinate with engineering, mission management, and finance in development.
• Refine engagement roadmap based on strategy, needs, and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years in BD/AM in IC or federal security space
• Advanced degree in science, policy, or intl affairs
• Experience supporting IC program development
• 2+ years PM or gov space systems acquisition
• Experience partnering with cloud hyperscalers
