Sr. Graphic Designer

📋 Description

• Develop visual concepts and designs that tell compelling stories across print, web, events, social
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across Esri to understand business needs, shape creative
• Set and oversee the visual style, imagery, and storytelling for key design projects from concept
• Use strong knowledge of the Esri brand and current design practices to improve brand consistency
• Continuously improve skills with the latest industry trends and design software
• Mentor junior designers and provide clear, constructive creative guidance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, or a related field
• Portfolio Submission: Please include a link to your online portfolio or samples of recent work.
• Demonstrated experience translating business objectives into cohesive visual concepts and narratives
• Excellent design skills in layout, composition, typography, and color theory
• Ability to develop complex, integrated designs and establish visual direction across multiple
