Sr./Group Product Manager – Merchant and Partner Onboarding

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for merchant and partner onboarding, from ideation and
• Define product vision, roadmap priorities, and execution plans to improve onboarding experiences
• Gather and analyze customer, market, and business data to identify opportunities and prioritize
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams to design, build, and deliver scalable
• Partner with sales, marketing, customer support, and training to develop go-to-market strategies
• Monitor product performance by defining KPIs and using insights to drive continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical
• 8+ years of product management with ownership of strategy, roadmap, and delivery in
• At least 4 years managing third-party API integrations and delivering complex platform capabilities.
• Experience mentoring or leading Product Managers (preferred).
• Strong expertise in product lifecycle, requirements, roadmap, acceptance criteria, and agile
• Hands-on with Design Thinking, Lean Product, experimentation, MVPs, and A/B testing.
