📋 Description

• Own top-of-funnel demand generation and pipeline coverage end to end, developing the strategy and
• Identify, test, and evaluate new marketing channels and tactics to diversify pipeline sources and
• Plan and run events, email marketing initiatives, social campaigns, and other demand-generation
• Work closely with Sales to align campaigns with pipeline targets, incorporate feedback from the
• Partner with Product Marketing on product-focused campaigns and joint strategies, translating
• Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance using CAC, conversion rates, pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, with a demonstrated history of
• Hands-on experience across paid marketing, events, and content, with the ability to build and
• Experience in technology or SaaS environments, ideally within startup or mid-market settings where
• Strong understanding of pipeline generation, conversion optimization, customer acquisition costs
• Comfortable independently identifying problems, developing approaches, testing ideas, and taking
• Ability to use performance data and experimentation to make informed decisions and continuously
