📋 Description

• Lead customer growth initiatives by developing and executing retention, expansion, and adoption
• Own full growth marketing lifecycle from opportunity identification to campaign optimization.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and business leaders to accelerate revenue growth.
• Influence GTM strategies and translate customer insights into impactful programs.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to refine positioning, messaging, and segmentation.
• Build and manage full-funnel campaigns across email, webinars, digital channels, events, content

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, demand generation, or ABM within B2B SaaS/tech.
• Proven experience driving retention, expansion, upsell in existing accounts.
• Experience with enterprise sales and complex, consultative buying.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, CDPs, and analytics tools preferred.
