Sr. Growth Marketing Specialist - Upsell & Expansion

📋 Description

• Build and run expansion campaigns for existing accounts (email, in-product, events)
• Partner with CS and Sales to identify upsell triggers and programs
• Design upsell sales plays with reps (timing, messaging, offers)
• Package and position new modules for the installed base
• Own expansion metrics: pipeline, upsell conversion rate, net revenue retention
• Run experiments to test messaging and offers

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in growth, lifecycle, or expansion/customer marketing; SaaS or cybersecurity preferred
• Working knowledge of breach containment/segmentation (Zero Trust, ransomware containment, attack surface)
• Comfort with data: pull reports, read a funnel, and know what's a trend vs. pattern
• Experience running sales plays in partnership with field marketing and sales leadership
• Bias toward action based on data, rather than vanity metrics
• Strong collaboration with CS, Sales, and Product Marketing
