Sr. Hardware Reliability Engineer, Electrical (Starshield)

📋 Description

• Troubleshoot and root-cause analysis for Starshield hardware.
• Use schematics and test equipment to identify failure physics.
• Contain non-conforming products; drive root-cause progress and updates.
• Drive corrective actions using yield/defect data to identify failure modes.
• Maintain documentation of failure analyses, results, and actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in electrical/computer engineering, physics, or related.
• 5+ years in hardware development, failure analysis, or reliability.
• 2+ years with electrical test equipment (DMMs, scopes, analyzers).
• Python, SQL, C, or C++ programming experience.
• IPC-A-610G knowledge and PCB fabrication processes.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain one.
