📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations to optimize team productivity and meet objectives.
• Inspect cleans and perform touch-ups as needed.
• Supervise housekeeping staff; ensure training, efficiency, and policy adherence.
• Foster teamwork; promote open communication and address conflicts.
• Clean and maintain properties per cleaning procedures and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in housekeeping or similar position.
• Prior supervisory or management experience in a similar industry.
• Tech-savvy with experience using digital systems and mobile apps.
• Frequent travel between worksites; reliable personal transportation essential.
• Dependable, self-motivated; able to work independently while contributing to a team.
