Sr. HR Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Keep UKG accurate and up to date as our source of truth for people data, covering everything from
• Own the employee onboarding experience from start to finish.
• Own the administration of our annual review in UKG.
• Be a go-to resource for employees and cross-functional partners across Payroll, Finance, Legal, IT
• Manage people analytics and reporting in UKG.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to create connected, scalable people

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in people operations or HR, ideally in a high-growth startup or similar
• Experience with our internal survey tool Culture Amp is a plus.
• Strong UKG expertise across HRIS, payroll, benefits, devices, and system access, along with the
• Great communication and interpersonal skills. You can explain a benefits renewal, payroll change
• A genuine interest in building better systems and creating a seamless employee experience
• A high bar for accuracy and attention to detail. You care about getting the details right
