Sr. HRIS Applications Analyst - Workday

📋 Description

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday modules including Core HCM, Absence Management, Benefits
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday operational issues including time off inconsistencies, absence
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve system, data, and process issues impacting HR business
• Partner with business stakeholders to provision access, provide data via creation of custom reports
• Support, maintain, and troubleshoot inbound and outbound integrations and data loads using

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent
• 5+ years of HRIS experience with Workday configuration and implementation at global scale
• Experience supporting multiple modules: HCM, Absence, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Payroll
• In-depth knowledge of Workday foundational concepts, business processes, EIBs, Security, Reporting
• Strong experience with Workday integration tools including Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, and web services technologies
