Sr. Human Resources Investigator

📋 Description

• Investigate sensitive and/or complex employee relations matters from start to finish.
• Lead interviews, note-taking, gather and analyze evidence, and document findings.
• Debrief HR partners and leadership on investigation results.
• Prepare reports summarizing investigation findings and recommendations.
• Identify trends, data-driven mitigation strategies, and training needs.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Security, Legal and other partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in employee relations investigations.
• Juris doctor (preferred).
• Global investigations and manufacturing/engineering experience (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with e-discovery and pulling electronic records.
