Sr. HVAC Service Technician

📋 Description

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment (RTUs, split systems, boilers, chillers, heat pumps).
• Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections to keep systems running efficiently.
• Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues across HVAC platforms.
• Replace or repair motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats.
• Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer docs.
• Update clients and team on service findings and next steps.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC training/certification preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in a commercial HVAC service role.
• Hands-on with RTUs, VRF/VRV, VAV, split systems, chillers, boilers, and AHUs.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.
