📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects of moderate complexity, coordinating activities from
• Act as the primary client advocate, maintaining strong relationships while keeping internal
• Analyze client requirements, plan designs, contractual commitments, and unique business needs to
• Coordinate closely with clients, brokers, third-party administrators, external partners, and

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of client service experience within the benefits industry.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting special projects, with demonstrated project management and
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Direct client-facing experience combined with implementation and/or project management delivery
• Experience using project management tools such as Workfront and Monday.com.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability
