Sr Industrial Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead strategic Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and quick hit projects from definition through
• Coordinate cross-functional resources for these events and collaborate with external suppliers.
• Drive and implement labor efficiency through deployment of global industrial engineering process
• Work cross-functionally to develop and deliver training to all levels of organization as needed.
• Build the skills of all functional leaders and associates through hands-on interactions and
• Approach each project and your internal customers with the understanding that change requires trust

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years working within a Lean-focused setting, with direct involvement in preparing
• Previous experience as a facilitator and mentor involving problem solving, process development
• Solid knowledge of Lean methodology, principles, and tools including Value Stream Mapping &amp
• Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate Design for Manufacturing opportunities and
• Plant Industrial Engineering & manufacturing operations experience preferred (ideally in
