📋 Description

• Represent security org in customer-facing incidents, cases, findings, tasks, and calls related to
• Own, triage, investigate and respond to security matters on the ServiceNow platform with timely
• Primary point of contact for security-related matters, supporting internal and external
• Facilitate workflow/triage of security incidents by collaborating with customers and internal teams.
• Build and maintain customer trust through exceptional service and communication.
• Develop and deliver security enablement programs and documentation for customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in information security or application security.
• ServiceNow CSA certification (required).
• Preferred: Azure AI Fundamentals, AWS AI Practitioner, OSWA, GWAPT, GSEC, GCIH, CISSP, CISM.
• Strong cloud, security tooling (SIEM, proxies, firewalls, WAFs), and encryption knowledge.
• Experience with OWASP pitfalls and mitigation strategies.
• Ability to explain risks to non-technical stakeholders; familiarity with regulatory frameworks like
