• Create a conversion schedule with multiple work shifts and resources.
• Lead on-site hypercare and troubleshoot networking, servers, and storage.

• Travel 50%+ and weekends as needed; long hours may apply
• VMware ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization expertise
• Advanced networking LAN WAN VLANs servers and storage SAN NAS
• Consultancy mindset; lead technical teams with client-centric delivery
• Excellent verbal and written communication to executives
• Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science or related field (or equivalent)
