Sr. Infrastructure Planner

📋 Description

• Develop infrastructure strategies and recommendations for sustaining, recapitalizing, and
• Review and assess site infrastructure plans, master plans, investment strategies, and related
• Integrate mission requirements, infrastructure condition and capacity, risk, schedules, and
• Support enterprise infrastructure initiatives involving office space, utilities, and other
• Evaluate and prioritize infrastructure investments, including sequencing, dependencies
• Assess changes in mission requirements, funding assumptions, schedules, and site conditions and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, facilities management
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in infrastructure, facility, construction, or
• Demonstrated experience in developing, reviewing, or implementing infrastructure or capital
• Strong understanding of infrastructure planning and the relationship among mission requirements
• Ability to analyze complex infrastructure issues and translate technical and programmatic
• Strong program or project coordination skills and experience in planning, prioritization, risk, and

• Salary range of $110,000–$150,000.
• Full-time remote position primarily supporting work in Washington, DC and Albuquerque, NM.
