Sr. Instructional Designer

📋 Description

• Analyze learner needs and define clear, measurable learning objectives
• Design and evaluate instructor-led and web-based learning with SMEs
• Create courses grounded in adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
• Develop and refine assessments; provide actionable feedback
• Evaluate and enhance Esri curriculum for design quality and consistency
• Collaborate with peers to improve content development workflows and learning solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in instructional design/learning experience design (SaaS or product)
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to partner across roles
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality learning solutions
• Strong foundation in adult learning methods (ADDIE, bloom_taxonomy)
• End-to-end instructional design: analysis, scope, objectives, assessments, curriculum
• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, or related field; US work authorization; visa sponsorship not offered
