Sr. Instructional Designer

📋 Description

• Analyze learner needs and define objectives
• Partner with SMEs to design and evaluate ILT and web learning
• Design engaging courses grounded in adult learning principles
• Develop and refine assessments; provide actionable feedback
• Enhance Esri curriculum for design quality and consistency
• Collaborate with peers to improve content development workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in instructional design or related fields (SaaS/product)
• Strong written and verbal communication; partner across roles
• Ability to manage multiple priorities; deliver quality learning
• Strong foundation in adult learning and ADDIE/Bloom's Taxonomy
• End-to-end instructional design incl. ILT/web-based learning for technical audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or related field
