Sr. Instructional Designer

📋 Description

• Analyze learner needs and tasks to define clear objectives
• Partner with subject matter experts to design instructor-led and web-based learning
• Design courses grounded in adult learning principles and ID best practices
• Develop and refine assessments; provide actionable feedback
• Evaluate and enhance Esri curriculum to maintain design quality
• Collaborate to improve content development workflows and learning solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in instructional design or related field (SaaS/product preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication; partner effectively across roles
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality learning solutions
• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or related field
• End-to-end instructional design skills (analysis, scope/specs, objectives, assessments, curriculum)
• Experience designing instructor-led and web-based learning for technical/software audiences
